Alittle help with installing a mod

I'm new to the use of mods and i want to know how would i use a mod on the steam version of cod mw2 because i see other people do it and i have this admin type mod that allowed you to kick players and such and i would like to know how i install it and use it, i found some info about alteriwnet but that's no good because i use the legit steam version of the game

You don't need an IWD for Liberation, go to the Mods folder and put their your mods

Use it right, don't mod in public matches only private matches. But ofcourse there's still a high change of getting banned, if you don't want to get banned use FourDeltaOne
