Parental Controls, click the Start button > Control Panel > User Accounts > Set up Parental Controls

There's an alternate way of disabling the CA Parental controls if you are not able to reset the password or uninstall it.

Try this:

1. Reboot the computer in safe mode.

2. Rename the file C:\Windows\system32\winsflt.dll to winsfltold.dll

3. Click on start - run type in exactly as shown below and hit OK
netsh winsock reset catalog

Now restart the computer to normal mode and try accessing your favourite websites.

To reboot into safe mode...Theres more than one way. Umm heres the easiest way.

Go to run. Type in msconfig. Under the boot.ini tab select the one that says safe boot.
When it tells you to restart press apply then press ok. You will restart in safe. If this worked your computer desktop should have black background. Once that is done follow the other steps above.
