High FPS Config

I need help finding this config which used to be here but since the site update it is gone, could anyone find me the config or make or teach me how to make the config with these settings?

Example :
The picture is just an example if there is a config out there and ignore the attachment.

Then you will lose the game graphic . I do play it because the graphic of it . If you want a game with high FPS , Go play crossfire (worst minecraft ever)

Does it look like I care about graphics? I only care about performance and gameplay.
