download the "Extreme Injector" by master131 then u put the EngineHook.dll in the Injector And inject it when mw3 is at multiplayer menu screen and u need TeknoMw3 for it to work

when i inject it i dont see any menu or anything and i go ahead and play a game and while in the loading screen it says that the game has stoped working so idk what to do please help
