That's basically where the boulder crushed his eye and damaged the entire left side of his face. Somehow the left side of his face got repaired.

Why I mentioned Zetsu is because Obito was supposedly dead when the cave collapsed on him.
He had to been recovered by someone and Zetsu is always on his side and his abilities. If Zetsu did recover him, why?

1. You really think, that in this series, a few rocks can stop a ninja? Rewatch Naruto bro :}.
2. From now you should know that mangekyou sharingan can be obtained by just training. (Kakashi,Madara,Izuna, etc)
3. Whole Naruto show is a lie bro, who says they're not all under an illusion or whatnot or some unexpected totally illogical shit is gonna happen? Plus, he was the Madara Itachi talked about all time.
4. Master and apprentice? Probably. Watch his death be just be made to confuse everyone.

6. That obviously wasn't Obito yet, watch there be many Tobis in the whole story, which would explain why in each time it appears he seems weaker or stronger.

8. Zetsu is an experiment living being that can handle other's DNA, said before, if this was true, Obito could be using a zetsu body.
9. Probably was never dead, or just got revived, I believe there are many jutsus to revive someone.
