Crossfire Loading very slowly?

So guys im now back home and im sick of using my laptop for CF, we have this Computer that i used like before summer and it used to have like 80-100+ FPS (yeah i know its not good but my laptop is so laggy i cant even play!) so the only problem here now when i enter crossfire, before it shows me the login bar where i type my user or password or before i can write something there its usually too late and i get disconnected from server, so anyone with info on how i can make it run faster please help, i tried reinstalling a new version of Windows but i couldn't figure out how to connect it to the internet so im back to this windows which is slower (Windows XP professional 32-Bit)

When you idle for 20+ seconds on the login screen, it usually does that...

You can't magically make it faster... You COULD try disabling stuff in the background, but it won't make a big difference... You'll have to upgrade your processor and get everything else upgraded to get better results...
