Frames per second and ping in Crossfire?

What is your FPS and ping when you play Crossfire?

Mines is usually about 30-70... but I get by fine.

And I play on Alpha Server and my ping goes from 57-5000 (very unstable internet )

When i play on US west server, i get 130 fps and a 17 ping.

30-90 FPS have 2 GB ram
Ping in UK server 60-140
Alpha-Bravo 180-400

Around 180 FPS or so, can't really recall as I haven't played CF in a while. I get around 20-30 ping in US.

fps is 140-305ish depending on if i have multiple programs running in the background or not

297-300 Ping in Alpha

15-60 fps and 38 ping on the UK server.

60-100 FPS & 10-100 ping on the UK server, but how comes someone can get 200 fps T.T?
i have 6GB ram memmory , but i run skype & fraps and msn @ background + highest details on crossfire
if i would turn this all off and play on min, woul i reach 200? O.O

my fps goes crazy sometimes 180~300 , when i use wireless i get 80~70 and when i use Ethernet (more faster than wireless ) i get 50~60
