My friends acc got hacked about a really long time ago and im hoping is there any way to get it back
PS: We dont know any info for this acount only login becuase that cant change

OMG. You can't get it back. Atleast you must have remember any informations about that account.
Here are the steps:

1) Recall the Informations about your friend's CrossFire Account.
2) Submit a ticket to the forum.
3) Contact the z8 staffs.

I only know how to retrieve accounts in CF Philippines.

BTW, what is the reason why your friends account got hacked ?
Are you referring to a 1 friend or more than friends because you said the word ''FRIENDS''

Yes it's very impossible.
Sad to say that. Try contacting the staffs and
tell them your reasons...atleast you must have proofs >_<

You'll have to send a support ticket under Account Administration... Then it's pretty much your luck and what you know that guides you from there.

If you got every information you may need , than it is possible to get it back .
You don't need to know the current password or email to get it back . You need to know the first email , first password , the region of the IP you created the account with etc...

It is a bit hard to get it because Z8Games are scumbags . I've lost 4 accounts and I knew all the info expect the first email.

Send them support ticket if u bought an zp on acc before with prepaid card tell them the codes
acc creating date somethings like that
