I think I speak for everyone when I say this.

We can tell you are just starting out'. You're not bad and you're even off to a good start. Currently there are no positions open on the Jr GFX team so you can't get in anyways. Not saying that your sigs are bad, because that's opinon based, but there are other people who are more experienced and have been waiting much longer. Keep trying harder and eventually you could earn a spot on the team but right now, I'm afraid you just won't make it.
