The difference between R.A.T. mouses? I think one can slide to change size, and has a few more buttons etc.

The Roccat KOVA is just plain awesome for its looks and the feel.

Defintley, It feels natural, but still enhanced so that your wrist won't start hurting or so. Also, some grip on the right mouse button, basically, it's worth the money, already for the looks.
