OKAY, last week, I been sleeping from 8 AM-4PM. It started when I stayed up all night with my bf, but now my sleep time is fucked, I don't go to sleep till around 6-8 AM, and then wake up around 3-5 PM... School starts back up tuesday, and I go back to my job wensday...
That's a big problem, I have to go to school at 8, and then go to work at 5 PM...
Meaning, I will be asleep during the whole day.
Any tips on how to get back to my original sleep time?

Alcohol, Marijuana..
Okay not the healthiest way of going about it.... But I've smoked weed for 3 years after struggling with sleeping times, I work everyday (besides holidays) , it's more important than it sounds, it's everything... Best benefits of smoking weed on a night is that it doesn't make you feel like shit on a morning, and if you chill out and watch TV with it, you'll be out in no time.
Obviously not something you'll take seriously but if you already smoke it or are a occasional smoker it might be something to consider (without becoming dependent on it (temporary solution).
Similarly alcohol can give you the desired sleepy effects if you chill out on a night with it.
If you want to take the complete healthy route, it would probably be no caffeine after 7pm, getting off computers/consoles an hour before bed and watch TV or read a book in bed instead. Sounds gay but if your serious about it it'll help.

heres what i do, and i have been on the exact same sleeping schedual before. and because i stayed up so late the last few days im doing it again right meow. Stay up. stay up past the time you would go to sleep, and stay awake until 9PM or something, you will sleep like a rock and wake up at a half decent time.

Stay up the whole day,(the time you would be sleeping) and then go to bed at a reasonable time at night. Your sleeping pattern is now fixed. It's not fucking rocket science. Derp.

Only way I could do that is either take 5 hour energy or something to keep me up, cause I end up losing when trying to fight to get sum sleep.
