Lol hey actually I was doing some browsing and I found a few computers that I may buy first is, Samsung r530 , next is lonovo y520, oh and last but not least a dell Inspiron which I think may be my pest bet in terms of not breaking the bank but giving me the quality I need for gaming with combat arms on full settings

Build a desktop rather than a laptop.If u buy a laptop and u play games at it:1)It will overheat after 4 hours,2)U will have a smaller screen than a desktop,3)After 3-4 years it will be fucked,4)U cant upgrade it,5)It costs more than a desktop but it offers less(except of the portability),6)U want more?
