Probably when I was rock climbing and a baseball sized rock bounced and hit me square on the forehead, I was bleeding profusely and it hurt like a bitch. Good thing I was on a sort of grass patch on the rocks, so I had a while to recover until I scaled the rocks again.

Never rock climbed beneath somebody again.

A month ago .
I got sun burned really bad in my chest and back area that my blood pressure in those areas were so high that it was causing me itches and rash .
I didn't even sleep for 3 days and then when I slept I had to sleep with 3 ice packs on my back .
