Since most of you won't give any fucks and I don't have any where else to share how happy I am I'll just keep it short and simple.
-I weighed 183 at 15 and I was 5"10. I had quite of bit of stomach fat but not enough for people to notice because I wear slimming clothes.
-I started to become self concious so I've been doing belly fat workouts for 3 weeks.
-Started to wonder what my progress was since I've been noticing my belly fat is dissapearing.
-Went from 183 to 169.
Honestly what was holding me back was my xbox, I spent 8 hours a day during most of my summer doing nothing,these last few weeks since my live has been gone I've made good progress IMO.
YAY ME .
Once I hit about the 155 mark I'm going to start gaining muscle.

Going from 183 to 155 you probably didn't gain that much muscle, but it became more visible. It takes a TON of time to put on real muscle. Good job though, glad to see someone reach their goals

Belly fat workouts? You mean cardio?
Good job on the weight loss so far. I've calculated your BMI to be 24.25, which is in the normal range. At 155 you should have a BMI of 22.24.
That's nice! I was pretty fat too but lost my weight thanks to some workouts on youtube!
