Game Start Crash

I recently tried using combat arms with a hack but as soon as i loaded it up right before it was suppose to prompt the
main screen, it [crashes]. Since it had been awhile since i used the game i thought i would
just have to re-install the game, so i did so. But the first time i loaded the game [without hacks] it worked fine. But when i used
a hack it crashed, [used portal injector with latest USSR hack]. I do not blame the hacks or injector for the crash.
I also used a cleaner, Crypter, and a protector/lock, and see if it would load, same thing happened, the game crashed.
And then when i load up the game with no hacks it still crashes! So im just confused, if there is something im missing please, do tell.

Did you use any mods? And which cleaner did you use?

You can try re-installing the game

If the cause was using hacks, which it was since you said it only crashed when you used hacks, then simply don't use them. I suggest a re-download along with a re-install and using CCleaner

USSR's hack had a memory leak. Its said to be fixed now in the newer version.

If you're still crashing and you're on Windows 7, its your OS's fault. Windows 7 and Combat Arms aren't 100% Compatible.
