That's a lie. First time i ever smoked was when i was 15 , i smoked some grade a kush. I hit it 1 time , coughed my ass off and i went to sleep that's how high i was. Maybe it doesn't affect everyone the same way.

bongs are idk, i stick to Taylor Gang style, papers.. Now, I usually buy a whole blunt which is a gram but my dealer gives me a extra since i bought from him for a while.. I usually get probably 1.5 grams of it. But, if you are a heavy inhaler and inhale it hard and hold it in for 5-10 seconds each inhale, you can get high off just 1 blunt.

can u smoke cigs? do u get the effect in ur lungs ? if u dont usually smoke and do 2 smokes in a row u will get a nicotine hit, if u get one u r smoking right, try it.
