    Samsung Suing Apple for LTE

    Samsung is going to sue Apple for the use of LTE on the new iPhone.
    IF samsung wins, Apple will need to remove the new iPhone, can't put LTE on the new iPad and might not release an iPad Mini since its 7" like all the other tablets.

    Is it GG for Apple?
