Go into your router and port forward 3074 UDP, that should give you open-NAT.

U need to make your IP static aswell as forward your ports , Portforward.com has an option to select your router/game and a program that will make your IP static , follow the instructions ther if you have trouble following guides here.

*im having problems with this I am being Host but only names from previous game show in list so I cannot modify

If you force host once, and you stay in the same game, you usually stay as the host until you leave, regardless of the map changing. So I can't see why you would need to force host again
