What are some tips to help your physical appearance? (for example: ways to get rid of acne)

I've heard an easy cure for acne is just to sleep with a clean towel over your pillow at night. Not sure the actual accuracy of this since my skin is totally clear.

You will need to be ready to use product every day, but if its what you want, you might need it. There is tons of remedies\solutions out there for acne :S Just look through your local drug store.

If you're shaving, be careful and make sure you do a good clean of your face shorty afterwards. Any uncleaned cuts, will become a problem eventually.

That's because acne consists of your pores being blocked with excess oil. Hence, by removing/minimising the amount of oil present, you minimise the amount of pimples.
