This is a problem with your computer and not the hack. Lower your resolution and overall settings to reduce lag.

This hack has done wonders for me since I started using it, but now no matter what I have on (except for no recoil) my framerate drops to like 10-15 FPS...Seriously..I've tried lowering graphics and all.

It does affect fps indeed. The thing that works the best is if you put MW3 in Fullscreen and use a low resolution like 800x600. That will improve your fps greatly. Also, -InSaNe- just released a new hack that allows No-fog and fullbright which will improve your fps even more. (Here)
