I wouldn't worry to much about any of it, but if you do want to actually do those things then do them! Anyone can sit at a computer and be reassured that they haven't found the right girl yet -- but fuck that. In life you learn from mistakes, and if you don't make any you're not learning. Get out there and live.

A) - you're working toward a steady career. That's better than some part time shit at Walmart.
B) - you probably should get a girlfriend, just so you get experience with women. Seriously, you don't want to meet the girl of your dreams and blow it because you don't know how women work. If you are semi-interested in a girl approach her and ask her if she wanted to get a coffee/dinner sometime (helps if you have actually spoken to them before). What are you afraid of? You're not in middle school anymore, you don't have to be embarrassed about liking someone.
C) - parties are great fun, and I would recommend going to one. You do not know someone until you talk to them while they are intoxicated. If you don't get invited to parties just throw your own. Party with friends + friends of friends > party with strangers. Judging from movies, in America it seems like all parties have tonnes of people and are thrown in houses and stuff. Most drinking in Australia is just a couple of mates on a beach with a goonsack

I've had guys trying to hook up with me and take it to the sheets, but I quite plainly told them to take a hike. Parties, sure I went to some after I graduated HS. They were just small gatherings with friends, nothing close to House Party. So you haven't done all of the above, that's cool. Just focus on school and complete that, then worry about the rest. Believe it or not relationships are complicated and quite a pain. My friends' relationships are like my personal incentive to take that step slowly. Just try talking with girls and get to know them without the bed at the end of the road. It should help you prepare for when you meet that special one.
