iPhone , it can probably do whatever you need from it .
Design is amazing and the screen is just the right size . iOS is also good if you jailbreak it .
For samsung you might get a better price/value but it looks ugly and the screen is just oversized . but i guess that's just my opinion .

Second of all, I'm positive that no one 100% knows the difference from the 4s and iPhone 5 on here since it hasn't even been released. It's like saying that you decide on rating a movie 0/10 before it even comes out.

Well actually we can compare the specs of the iPhone 5 and the S3.
From what the specs shows, S3 is faster but i think that since the iOS is lighter, their speeds will most likely be the same or maybe there will be a small difference but its gonna be unoticable.
Android Software is WAY more " fun " than the iOS. You have more liberty, no need to JB nothing.

Both devices are good, they both have their pros and cons.
I had an iPhone 4, i liked it, but i still prefered the android system cuz u didnt need to jailbreak. But i like the fact that iOS is simple and easy to use.
