They are free almost all the times since these are for people who desperately need to level up a few times. For instance, you're 14th prestige level 45 and urgently need to get to 50 max then this would be worth the 2 hours leveling up.

Prestige hack services for Black Ops can be found fast as well on the website I am talking about. I got to 15th prestige level 50 with all gold guns, a 3.00 KDR and 16.00 win loss ratio for 7$. Majority of the times, the service will require a payment in order for completion.
