A. Inconsistency is lazyness. Especially with basic character design in a non-comedic series.
B. Reading it......I just noticed it because it was the entire page not the panel, and because the dialogue isn't really that interesting/important to me.
C. Because its funny that the author messed up. Honestly its not too important, but it would be even funnier if next week he switched the sides again. THEN i'm going to laugh my ass off.

A. Him drawing a circle doesn't mean shit when its supposed to be a square. And no, i'm not satisfied with just the art because...well its not that great imo. Hell, i've seen a LOT of artist top kishi's work, even in manga form. Kishi is ok with character designs(even if every character is generally the same basic body, with the same basic clothes in naruto), but when you mess up something like that? Its just lazyness really. Like some of the "quality" animation you see in the anime every so often.
B. Naruto dialogue isn't very important, especially in flashbacks like this where you can tell whats going to happen for the most part. The only thing I need to know is what happened to Rin, thats it. I know everything else, I know whats going to happen, and its not only obvious, its painfully slow.
C. Because I laugh at these things. Its funny to see "quality" manga panels every so often.

Itachi says Madara toke Izuna eye by force.

On this lastest chapter we find out Madara has one fucking eye. FACK DAT, some shyt went down with Izuna (or at least his eyes).
