well only thing it did is increasy my fps in wrhammer by 2 - 5

and makes it easier to alt tab.

When I ran Fusion on mine I didn't get any appreciable increase in performance by turning off background ap's, some games actually ran worse. You also need to make sure it doesn't shut off your anti-virus, some of these programs do that in error.

Well it increases FPS by up to 2 - 10 depending on the game and game situation.
Its still pretty useful.

Personally I don't need it because my Computer rapes, but for people with lower spec computers it could help.

That is true, lower end processors may see some gain in performance from it..Mine benchmarks at around 8gHz so no need for it.

lag mainly has to do with ip speed and location and connection type to the internet. If you wish to have less lag then I'd recommend getting a K1 Killer network card. This helps a shit load. Here is a link to the companies site Killer NIC I Gaming Network Card I Bigfoot Networks

Ive had this for about 2 weeks, and the new Beta 3 has helped, not greatly, but i can tell a difference when i play for long periods of time, (IE:3-5 hours)
