Editing Dayz Navigator?

Hi all, this thread is more directed at Lockdown and sd. Just wondering if its possible for each of us to edit Dayz Nav for ourselves in an attempt to each have a slightly different version of this hack and remain undetected. Also what is it in the hack that BE is detecting?

In the new BE 174 they add a mechanism that can detect the current version of the navigator but is quite easy to bypass. I might release a version that can't be detected by that way anymore soon™

After be updated to 174 they could technically detect it. Doesn't mean you will be 100% banned though.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like BE's detection method is very solid. Some slight changes will prevent both Navigator and Survival from being detected. It seems like Bohemia is just trying to put bandaids on their "problem" which is good news for hack developers because it makes it easier to counter these updates.

yeah buddie can´t wait for it to arrive so I can have fun tracking tents & vehicles again.. cuz people still hack in this game & I wanna have atleast a little advantage like finding good gear fast and ofcourse go to places where people are & have fun killing those campers in sniper hill
