2) Add your mobile Phone number to Whatsapp (Doesnt have to be a iPhone number, can just be a Nokia 3310 or ANY phone!)
3) Whatsapp sends a text to your phone
4) You put in the code in whatsapp

If you're talking about the eBuddy thing, nty. Why bother with closed source shit that doesn't have a selection of clients across every system when you have hundreds of alternatives that are far better? IRC/XMPP all the way.

There are tons of ways to handle auth and a million different bots / scripts / modes that can be used. Not to mention that you have tons of easily accessible, reliable servers / networks set up (QuakeNet and UnderNet perhaps being the two most popular ones).
