LOL! you need the lates pink chams (TotalItem.bsv) or elese when you start the game it would get an error.

Open your totalitem with notepad and find nutella.nif .. if got that meant that is totalitem hack

lol this trick doesn't work with latest totalitem.bsv i did this but in game no pinky :P
