    Too much detail to be a logo. Generally a logo is like a simple symbol that you paste around so people can remember your company/service/whatever. lol Just too big and too much detail I mean like the symbol in the middle would be suffice but that's really nothing special.

    The inner glow of the logo is smoother or there's less of it, but pretty much they're the same thing..
