Hi, i was playing on NBS Isnipe server there was thing as Press 5 to increse FPS.
After presing 5 there wasnt anymore fog and texture was changed and my fps went from 30fps to 80fps.The texture was like in older call of duty
Is there some consle command or some downloadable thing to do like that for ever...

I haven't heard anything like that maybe you should give more details because I cannot understand what you are saying doesn't make sense.

Go to C:\Program Files [(x86) - if you have a 64 bit system]\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players and delete config_mp.cfg.

The game will make a new clean on and the weird settings will be gone.
