Lucid Dreaming Experience?

So last night, I woke up up during the middle of night. I just openned my eyes, and saw some kind of floating spirit over the bed, kinda looked like some kind of transparent tall silhouette on fire. It was staring at me. For about 3 seconds, I couldn't move. The thing was getting closer and closer to me. I was hearing some high pitch scream. It was scary as fuck. After those 2-3 seconds, I put my pillow over my head, and the thing disapeared. It didn't seem like a dream to me, there was no moment I felt like waking up after I saw it. I was totally conscious. Shit was scary as fuck

Is that some kind of bad lucid dreaming?

I didn't do drugs/ drink before that.

EDIT : To the Slenderman part haters : I'm not even playing it, I'm just saying it was just some tall body with long arms/legs. And for the fire part, I'm just saying that because the silhouette wasn't clear, it was fading to nothing just like a flame.

It was not just like when you imagine something because of your clothes on a chair, I really saw it.

I had a similar experience where I woke up and didn't feel like getting out of bed, and then all of a sudden I see the grudge on this Lamborghini poster I had and I couldn't move for like 5 seconds straight. I tried calling my mom and shit, but no words came out of my mouth.

I'm not even considering it being a ghost lol, I'm pretty sure it was lucid dreaming.
And it wasn't just like when you see body because of cloths on your chair, it was really there, it was kinda yellow.

Doesn't seem like Lucid dreaming, considering that you woke up and didn't have a clue to what the fuck was going on.
If you're not making up a cool story this is pretty interesting though.
I've awoken from sleep a few times straight up swinging like a mad man. One time I seen something for a split second then it just vanished.
My theory is that whatever I was fighting with in my dream continued to stay within my vision even at the "awakened" state.
Almost like a delayed visual reaction, like the brain didn't cycle it out of my mind yet, therefore I was able to still see it for a split second.
Just a theory though.
