How many hours do you sleep?

Schooldays 1-2 AM to 6:30 AM = 4:50/5:30 hours sleep
And on free days 2 AM to 1PM or longer

I sleep around 7 hours on weekdays, i would love to sleep more, but if I go to bed earlier I can't sleep.

I weekends it depends... anything from 6-12

Coffee does help, but not that much. I bet half it is is just pseudo I guess that is fine too though, as long as you feel more fresh.

On weekdays I sleep for 7 hours because of school.
On weekends I sleep for about 9 hours unless I'm like fucking tired and get a shit ton of sleep. Normally, I would pass out at around 2am and wake up at around 10am.

My sleeping pattern gets extremely fucked up during the summer. I sleep at like 5am and wake up at 4pm in the evening. However, it gets kind of easy to adjust to when school approaches since I just force myself to sleep.
