External : The hack doesnt inject ingame. (Wich means its almost undetectable)
Internal : Hack injects and acceses data ingame, writes on the game itself, and stuff like that. (easy detectable if it wasnt for VAC )
Hi! First I want to tell you that I'm not a complete noob. :P
But what is the difference between external and universal hacks? Like do you inject the hack with an injector or run an .exe? I've always trusted the title of the thread. :P
Thanks for any answer I get and sorry for my bad english, I'm from sweden.

External is no Injection.
Means it way safer then en DLL file. It will run separably from the program it will 'use'.
Universal is an hack that work on multi things.
Means, you can use it on MW3 Steam and on MW3 FourDeltaOne (IW5M)
Injecting Hacks are more risky to use.
Because they hook in the game, and can be detected by anti-hacking softwares.
None-Injecting are safer to use.
Because they don't 'change' the program, it mainly reads from it. (Or write)
Write to Memory is safer than Injecting.
Because you mainly just change values in the memory. NOTE: Some values are watched, and can cause ban!
Read from Memory should be very safe.
Note that using programs that goes deep-reading, can cause a trigger from the anti-hacking software.
I think this should be short enough
Ok, thanks for the answer! I might use universal hack on mw3 because of their bad VAC
