    Unable to log on to the game server

    I'm trying to run a private server by following a ******** guide.
    Everything else seems to work, however I can't log in.

    I've tried to log in as both a GM and regular player
    Server ISN'T set to GM login only
    I HAVE loopback adapter
    Server is connected online
    MySQL is running and all Dumps preformed correctly.

    UPDATE
    It seems I'm able to get in, however it does thing rarely and randomly. I don't seem to have control over when it will actually let me log in...
