I have Dl'ed UDK and when I try to open a .UPK file, thre is kind of a version error !

Personally I haven't been using UDK. It's inefficient for modding pre-built games without the proper SDK. If I can get my hands on an SDK for AVA that is up-to-date, then I'll use it more.

As for the revision problem, that is because AVA's packages are protected. Without an SDK this error can't really be worked around.
