high ping problem

hey guys i'm kind of new here but i experience a ping problem if i join a server my ping is around 12-22 but suddently it goes up to 140 and stays there untill i leave the server i got fibernet so i cant figure it out anybody gots a solution thats helpfull ?

To decrease your PING problem you better reset the modem or router and unplug the cable and reboot your device. Now plug the cable and check the connection and after that you can check your ping status in two different ways one in CMD prompt method. Click start and in run type CMD Ping ip address or ping website name. For example Ping 123.12.0.9 or ping website name .And in another method simply go to the website WhoisXY.com give your IP address or the website name here it will provide your ping status.
