As you noticed by the title I'm starting up a game and will want some advice and staff if possible.
But due to school this project may not be up in a while.

1. Do you have any experience producing/developing?
2. (if yes to first question) What game engine are you planning on using and do you know your way around it?
3. Asking for staff is a pretty broad and open ended question. please be more specific.

Advice
1. Make a list/guide lines of what you need to make this.
2. Actually say the kind of staff you would need ( Ex. Modelling leader, programmer, texture artists, vfx,)
3. If this is your first project, definitely start smaller. Starting with a huge project will only lead to leavin it in a couple of months.(I know this from my first project)
4. Also you will need to set time that you can actually work on it. Like 3 hours a day or something.

Why post something negative? Some people are fairly experienced with game engines. You don't particularly need 2 years of experience. If he puts his mind to it and does what needs to be done then who's to say he can't?

Bro i have been there ; I am an Indie Developer in Unity. I'am not being negative i am Simply telling him like it is. I never really said he couldn't but without the experience he can't. Or if he just wants someone to make the game for him. OP Probably has Zero Experience in Unity or Programming at all. Yet he is Recurting for a team. When he is not ready nor fit for the project.
