am i permanently banned

i was playing on an account running hacks and i went in a game. it disconnected and next day i was banned. but my account has not been ranked to trainee like other accounts of mine that have been banned does that mean he is suspeneded? i sent a ticket and got the automated message.

Seems like your banned, it may or may not show your rank, if you're suspended you will get a login message saying your suspended for what ever days it says.
