WTF Cant recover the account

I had the account, IGN: "Spur*" and it got everything changed on 28-09-12, I accused Inquisition for that, but I dont think so now.

Cos ProHackTB's keylogger and some crap keylogged me and i got unusual activity emails on my hotmail, gmail and yahoo, I stored the account info including its email, pass in the yahoo. Some mexican entered and got my account, the damn thing is he dont know CROSSFIRE, he just stole that, I gave his IP address to Time to take a search if it is in MPGH, it is not associated too, he is playing 2 matches in 10 days, my 49k ZP and everything gone. F***ing Z8 is replying like out of mind.

Sent 5 tickets already, this is the last one, i have lost hope and quitting to recover, cos i have 2 replay files, 2 screenshot, forum name, list of ZP charecter, 1 transaction id, SQ answer, my old email, (but not the paypal details and first email stuff)

i have kinda same of your problems, i paid up to 400 USD for ZP etc.. and i forget email password and my account password and they still saying i am not the owner

He claimed already that it is his own made multiclient, so why would he make just a virus?
It disables our taskmanager, i enabled through running Group Policy Editor, and for first run, it showed dialog box--> Press okay and start crossfire. Then afterwards it didnt ask such things.

No its not working. Its a fake multiclient. I had to reformatt my computer too. My eset detected it but i ignored it because I trusted him. Not doing that again. He also stole one of my alt accounts. @Proton+ if you reformatted your computer you should be fine now. I haven't had my main taken, just that one alt account.

When we run it for first time, it shows "Click Ok and then start crossfire", then it dont show if we run again, i mean it shows that for first use only.

But I lost my main, but i think someone who dont know about crossfire has my main, he played 2 matches in 10 days, and kdr like 0.2 like that

Yea he sweared and told "i need testers, use that and then put reviews."
