Can't Choose Play Mode

Hi i have a major problem. Every time i chose Gaige i go directly to the continue prompt. I can never change to normal or vault hunter modes. Why is that?I could do it before but not now. This is pissin me off cuz i'm already at level 50 & don't want to only play in normal mode. Is there any tool i could use or a fix for this. I'm running 1.1.1 i have DLC & Gaige character. This also happens on my Siren character as well but not my Zero char. It's odd & i have no idea on how to fix this.Thanks for any help.

You must beat the warrior in playthough 1 to unlock true vault hunter mode, or maybe tick the shownewplaythoughnotification box under raw in the save editor.
