    YOU'RE IP IS BANNED FROM THE SERVER, NOT THE SITE. PM DAVE AND HE WILL UNBAN IT. I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM A DAY AGO. WHAT IT MEANS IS THAT THE SERVER, NOT THE SITE, BANS YOUR IP ADDRESS.

    The problem is I cannot PM Dave without getting 403'd....
