Improve Your FPS [Best Way]

Requiments :
Videocard (Integrated videocards may not work)
Atleast 300Watts Power Supply.

1.
Download MSI Afterburner from here (click me!).


2. Install it.


3.After installation u willl get something like this :


4. Now increase the All Mhz's for about 100, to test how much your videocard can handle and click apply , if you see steam coming from your CPU Quickly turn it off , and remember never try this again
(So my GPU Can handle maxiumum Mh'z.) ( if your Power Supply is about 350Watts then i recomend u put Max Mh'z




5. Now Minimize afterburner. (If u will close it , then it will not work.)


6. Start game , and check your FPS. (Must be immproved you will get about 50 or 100 more fps. , so if u had 80 fps , now u will get about 150.)

The attached version is extremely outdated and the file did not pass an integrity check. It consistently crashed when I ran it in a sandbox as well, so I edited the original post to lead to the official website, updated the thread by removing the attachment and the scans, and moved the thread to the tutorial section.

The old version is working pretty good. So updating is not really necessary.

No harm done then, I run everything in a sandbox and the link I posted has the beta versions as well for W8 so we will see what kid of responses are posted.

No Fps Limit

So.. um does this mean that if you did it ones and it worked, then you should not try again or you should not try again if Steam actually poped out and you had to close it quickly.. which one do you mean o.o
