    Your Opinion on Gunnar Optiks

In the past 2 years, I've been using the computer significantly more.
Since I started high school, everyday I have to do around 4 hours of homework and then maybe 2 hours of gaming.
My eyesight has also decreased significantly after 2 years, and I don't want to have it decrease at such a fast rate, I would rather wear glasses only when I use the computer to protect my eyesight.

I searched around and the people who said the glasses help and the people who said it's useless are around the same.

So, anyone think it's worth it?

    hmm depends
personally I would say try the glasses out (there must be some way to test how they feel on your eyes before you use them)
what your getting is whats known as computer blind if I recall correctly computer blind only affects your vision on far range objects while close range objects stay in good detail.

    So its a wash...

I personally wear soft contact lenses and they are the best thing ever. They feel completely natural and I don't even feel them on my eyes. It's like natural having 20/20 vision. However, they are higher maintenance than glasses and have an adjustment period. The ones I have need to be changed every month. They need to be removed before sleep and stored in a case with solution which must be changed daily. The adjustment period involves wearing them for longer and longer increments over the course of a week. You start for about 2 hours a day and work your way up to something like 8 hours. The biggest hassle I had, personally, was putting them on. Incredibly frustrating. Until you get the hang of it, you'll want to put your fist through something every morning. But it's very quick once you get the hang of it.

Using computers and doing school work doesn't cause myopia. My cousin uses the computer from 2PM-12PM everyday and he has 20/20 vision.

He literally has no eye problems and his computer usage is at least quadruple of mines, but I have myopia. CRUEL WORLD WE LIVE IN, AZATHOTH.

I have no fucking clue what that thing is. Looks like something I'd meet after too much benadryl.
