It might help specifying what program you're on about.
The program has a authentication in it. Every time I change my settings, start a new session or transfer computers, I have to get new code which is such a hassle. I just want to be able to go in without the hassle of getting / waiting for it to be decoded and can anyone teach me how to do this myself? Is it easy to decode it?
My current system runs with
ID: EAAAAPQcpxg4HXPZCAlkLUwkcToFJtKFFm1RObbIixgOzj5qkA El7CxPfh4ADdQW5lWe3A==
Code: -4699929615
and I need my other system to run with this ID, but I do not have the code.

Ah we-a blaze the fyah, make it bun dem!
Encryption isn't something standard, or at least a common algorithm. Probably an environmental variable stretched then xor'd assuming the ID is generated depending on the computer.
As for the code, it's probably some equation involving the environmental variable that's evaluated to a number.
And that's the best that can be done with that info.
It actually appears to be a base64 encoding of some sort of identification data (obviously). Anyways, there is no such thing as a standard algorithm for identification systems. There are many things you can use (hardware, license numbers, etc).
