Flag = 0 If the file Exists then don't replace
1 If The File Exists then replace it
8 If The File / Directory not exists create a new one

Move The WinRAR.exe From It's Main Folder to Desktop

FileMove(@ProgramFilesDir & "\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe", @desktopDir, 1)

Yes file copy = file move but file move like cut not copy
