this hack works perfect. If it's not working for you and you swear you followed instructions then I'm guessing your CA folder has some old hacks .get rid of them. All I wanted was chams and now I'm happy.

I just have the d3d9.dll in there included. Then, I have PerX, CanadianAssassin.dll and PerX config settings in my desktop.
I run PerX, browse it to CanadianAssassin.dll and have it on automatic. Then I run combat arms, and it works automatically
