Possible Godmode?

When you turn into a zombie, you take no damage from other enemies.
Could there be a way to implement it to read you as a zombie, but still play as a character? (Minus getting shot from your own people)

It seems like the enemy shots ignore the character, although the chance to get hurt from players is a downside... Maybe just try changing part?

I think that is sounds extremely complicated if it is possible :s
But if it was it probably would have been possible ages ago to just do that same with any normal monster, because that's pretty much what the zombies are. You just get replaced with a monster.

Overall though, If I had to choose between taking damage from monsters or other players lol.... I'd take the monsters any day >.<
But then again, wouldn't this also mean you could damage other players? :P

It's a good point though. With the modded client we were able to shoot while transformed for example. Guess we'll have to wait and see what experienced hackers can come out with.

You can shoot while "hexed" because removing debuffs is extremely easy.

I don't think this is possible. Most likely what happens is the server spawns a zombie mob that you get to watch after you died.
