Inject Console MP is VAC proof?

I use only CE for what i need, but now i want use "Barata´s console" for set commands "scr_game_onlyheadshots" and other that are available in private match.
The question: inject dll "barata`s console" is safe in public MP when use only commands for host config, not cheat and hacks?

I find address in CE of the onlyheadshots in 4 bytes and byte and not found.
