Aeria is cheating me out of money?

Basically, I had a recurring payment set up, thought it was cancelled (obviously wasn't) and got charged just a few days ago for another $50. To make matters worse, the account is banned. I can't log in to say anything to billing because the account is banned therefore making the AeriaPoints absolutely worthless. Aeria doesn't seem to want to pay attention to my ban appeals which only request my money back and can't even understand what exactly I wrote.

Here's my initial ticket:

Game: A.V.A. in English

Server: US

E-mail address: j~~~

Listen, I don't care that you banned me. What I do care about is the fact
that you charged my bank account $50 dollars worth of Aeria Points to a
BANNED account. I thought I cancelled my recurring payment to you guys
months ago, and I'd like my money back since I can't even log into the
freaking account. I'd have sent this to billing but... I CAN'T LOG IN.

The response I received was:

Thank you for contacting us. We see that your PayPal Recurring was cancelled on
10/26/2012. Unfortunately, you cannot restart another PayPal Recurring until 30
days after the previous cancellation date. If you still would like to start
another PayPal Recurring setup, please contact us on or after the 30 day wait
period is over.

They do not return money in any way after it purchage, even if the acc was banned.

My advice, waste it in some other crappy Aeria game.

i see you don't know much thing, well a small lessons

co-op hacker get ban really fast and easy, Aeria doesn,t take much care of pvp, am doing a test atm, i started it 10 days ago, with an account that is brigadier general 103% done, 50m euro, pvp only and hack in most of the game since i hack when an enemy does, i got reported, recorded still not banned, the co-op test is done took 2 day to get ban, learn before talk please.

Can't you just chargeback the money? I don't use Paypal but I've heard you can do that...
