I take the isolate Pre-workout as its a faster synthesizing protein, quick energy I may take pro-hormones in the future but I'll wait until my pituitary gland finally stops fishing out hormones (I'm 19, I estimate around 25+ I'll take PH's)

i rather take a good meal with decent amount of protein and high amount of carbs prior working out and immediately after working out isolate+ vitargo (or u can use dextrose instead).

If you going to use PH you might as well use steroids imo. But PH are easier to get and cheaper i guess? Problem with PH is that there isn't much research done on them.

I've done one cycle so far, real steroids.
